The week starts where the previous week left off with the brickies continuing to
put up walls. We meet and work out the amount of render that is required to
give the walls a bit of texture.
There may have been a bit of swearing getting the scaffolding into
place down the northern side but they got there eventually.
We needed to move the gas meter about 1.5 metres and we were a bit troubled
by the four-figure sum to make it happen. Eventually a deal was struck where
the price came down and combined with a bit of liquid currency, the start of
the ditch for the sewer was also dug.
